Yayoi Kusama, Japan’s polka dot empress

Polka dots, psychedelic colours and the famous Body Festivals – the work of a complex and very interesting character. After seeing a tube advert of her current exhibition at the Tate Modern, I was intrigued and wanted to know more so I did some research and discovered the brightly, coloured, slightly insane world of one of Japan’s most creative artists, Yayoi Kusama.
